While Billy Mitchell has never been one of lifes brightest bulbs he has apparently been stealing letters and parcels over the last few months, allowing him to fund an ever more expensive lifestyle in his quest to impress Carol. It is not clear how Billy has fallen on such hard financial times although the fact that his home, which Archie Mitchell promised he would be left, is now in the hands of Roxy and she is unwilling to give out any family favours may have something to do with it.

It is only a matter of time before Billy is “found out” and everyone in the square would be shocked to learn that he has been systematically raiding people’s post for many months. It is unclear at this moment in time how his scam is foiled but with Billy Mitchell involved is set to be something of a farce and a joke. Will Billy’s friends and family rally around him in his hour of need or will they leave him and cut him dead?
