More twists in the Pauline saga with Joe appearing back on the scene, “not knowing” that his wife had died and was about to be cremated.

After being informed by Martin, Joe reacted with obvious shock, which was further heightened with the news that her ashes were to be scattered next to Arthur’s ashes, perhaps Pauline’s only one true love in her life.

Bert and Joe went on a bender, after which Joe declared that Pauline was an old witch to a stunned crowd at Tanya’s Party.  Does this put Joe in the frame for Pauline’s death? Was he the mystery last caller?
