As Jack Branning lays in a hospital bed paralysed down his left hand side there is some concern that the actor Scott Maslen is to leave the show. However, there is no suggestion from the BBC or any official or unofficial parties that he is set to leave the show and there is even speculation that he will soon regain full mobility and his temporary paralysis will disappear.

Jack Branning has become one of the focal characters in Eastenders attracting young fans and older fans and especially popular with many of the ladies. He has had some very strong storyline since he joined the cast and there is speculation that he will have many more very strong storylines in the future. The Branning family may be struggling at the moment but Jim, Max, Jack and Dot will pull through and there is even speculation that Jack Branning may well be reunited with his one true love Ronnie Mitchell.

So for all you Jack Branning fans out there, there is no reason to fear that he is leaving the show and we are certain there will be more strong and exciting storylines to come from the man himself.
