It had looked as though Mickey Miller would be taking of the mantle of Eastenders cheeky chappie, after the departure of the every popular Shane Ritchie.  This has not quite happened, but is Deano Wicks set to become the next loveable rogue?

For a long time Mickey Miller had been involved in a number of good storylines, but since the illness of actor Joe Swash things seem to have gone a little quiet.  In direct comparison Deano Wicks is fast coming to the forefront as the cheeky chappie, the loveable rogue of Eastenders.

With Deano expected to be at the forefront of major stories over the coming weeks, it will be interesting to see this character develop.
