Eastenders last night took a serious turn for the worse with the Danielle and Archie storyline set to explode and possibly end in murder. As Danielle struggles to cope with the fact that her mother is not yet aware of who she really is she becomes more desperate to make a connection and “spill the beans”. However, Ronnie’s father Archie is adamant that his daughter must never know the real identity of Danielle and he looks set to take this to the extreme!

This storyline has been ongoing for some time now and attracted both criticism and praise across the board. However, it would appear that this week sees this particular storyline come to a dramatic climax but who is set to make an exit from Eastenders?

As Peggy gets ready for “the wedding of the year” it is becoming more and more apparent that Archie is something of a control freak. Will Peggy give up her independence to a man who is obviously after her pub and her money or will Phil come to the rescue of his besotted mother?

Elsewhere, as Bradley’s love life takes a turn for the better it becomes apparent that Stacey is becoming a little jealous of his happiness. Stacy’s mother is also having a difficult time after Archie ridicules her make-up business and sends Jean into something of a depression - however, as Bradley has no job at the moment and Jean is looking to set up her own business, will we see the most unlikely double act in the history of Eastenders?
