It was Roxy Mitchell who inherited her father’s millions upon his death but over the last few weeks we have seen the money go to Roxy’s head. She has ridiculed Peggy in public, sacked some of the original bar staff and totally ignored her doctor boyfriend. Despite Ronnie telling Roxy to calm down she seems determined to continue her power trip and with money no object she can literally do what she wants, at least at the moment.

Hopefully the likes of Christian will be able to talk Roxy around and make her see sense as she stands on the verge of alienating her family and friends with her new attitude. It seems unclear as to whether Roxy will be the long-term landlady at the Queen Vic because in many ways this seems like something of a fad which she could easily become bored of.
