George Michael is currently on his first UK for some 15 years, and proves to be as popular as ever with his army of fans. 

It is the news that he is considering a cameo role in Coronation Street which will surprise many of his fans. George has been a big fan of Coronation Street and Eastenders for some time, even taping the shows when he is not around!

In a massive PR coup for Coronation Street, he appears to have chosen them ahead of Eastenders.

I wonder if he will pop into the Rovers for a drink, or have a cruise around the Red Reck?
