After handing back his wedding ring to Stacey last week, it was a shock to see Bradley come back to Albert Square. It was not to make up with her or confront Max, but was because Walford was his home. Imagine his surprise as he found Clare dressed in black underwear and ironing her clothes.
She had been sending Max mystery texts, logging calls and texts in a book and then arranged to meet him to talk about an endowment. However, he accused her of trying to scupper any divorce settlement (as she came on to him strongly and also works for Tanya). Clare then turned her attentions to Ian Beale, by giving him a full body massage. It sounds as though Clare is turning into a gold digger.
Meanwhile in Eastenders, Sean had stayed the night and Tanya was intent on ensuring that no-one knew that he was there. She later had the day off , tried to persuade both Bradley and Stacey to testify against Max, got drunk and forgot to pick up Abi up from school – something else for Max to use in the divorce.
Jase was put in a difficult position as Jack asked him to place flyers for the R&R club in the Queen Vic, but Phil reminded Jase that “he owned himâ€. As a result Jase was sacked by Jack.
