It looks as though Albert Square residents Billy and Honey Mitchell have outstayed their welcome over at the Queen Vic. They are sleeping on the settee in the living room. Ian’s help on the fruit and veg stall has walked off and Billy spots an opportunity to get his job back – but Ian is being his mean self. However, big hearted Pat shames him into offering Billy his job back (albeit at the minimum wage) and she offers Billy, Honey and the kids a place to stay.

Having had a visit from the Social Services, Tanya insists on Rainie taking a drugs test so that it can be sent on to them. She wants reassurance that Rainie has changed her ways.

Darren pays Phil Mitchell a visit and asks for the supplier of cars (that was given to Kevin). Phil is outraged and admits to knowing of the illegal and dangerous nature of the cars – one of which was responsible for the death of Kevin Wicks. Darren shows a different side to his personality as he captures the conversation on his mobile phone.
