Denise invites Ian and Jane for dinner, and shocks Kevin by making an offer on their house on Victoria Road. Ian drinks to celebrate, but soon ends up drunk. He insists that he and Jane go to the club, much to Jane’s disappointment. Ian sees Steven, and points out that he is underage. Jase turfs Steven out. Ronnie is frustrated by Jack’s presence at the club, while Roxy is impressed with the night’s takings. The club closes after a successful night, and Roxy goes to order a kebab. Ronnie is shocked to find Jack still in the club. She is dismayed when he tells her that he has bought a flat in the Sqaure, so she will be seeing much more of him…

Dot tries to glue together Jim’s broken mug. She struggles to cope, and later asks Bradley for a moment. Dot tells Bradley that she wants everyone to leave the house. Darren continues to warn Kevin about selling the dodgy cars. Kevin is unnerved, but insists that he must do it for Deano’s sake. Billy is late for work and loses his elf job. Depressed, he drinks in The Vic with Heather, who has been thrown out of the club for trying to take over as DJ. Billy later returns to the flat drunk. At the club, Carly warns Vince against getting involved with Shirley. Vince takes Shirley home, and puts her to bed. She tries to kiss him, but he insists that it would not be right with her being drunk.
