Max and Stacey continue to worry that someone overheard their conversation.  Max worries when Lauren announces that she hates him, but is relieved when he realises that her anger is due to her being last to find out about Jim’s stroke.  Stacey finds Bradley, and worries when he snaps at her.  However, he is just worried about Jim.  At the wedding rehearsal, Max reassures Stacey that Tanya did not overhear their conversation.  Jean arrives late and practices her speech.  She reads the lyrics from a Celine Dion song, much to everyone’s amusement.  Sean watches as Max and Stacey talk.  Max drives Jean home, and is relieved that it was not her who overheard him and Stacey.  Max tells Stacey that he cannot believe that he is allowing her to marry Bradley.  He sends Stacey a text message to reaffirm his love.  Jean receives a message, and realises that she has taken Stacey’s phone home, as well as her own.

Ronnie is unimpressed with Roxy’s behaviour with Damian, and Roxy promises Damian that she is all his.  When Ronnie confronts Roxy, she declares that she is using him to buy out Ronnie’s share in the bar in Ibiza.

Meanwhile, the Masoods hold a party for their new neighbours.  Zainab does not want to talk about her other son, and Shabnam befriends Carly and Dawn.  Jase nearly gets into a fight with some men who are pestering Dawn, and is chucked out of The Vic.  Jase goes to meet his old friends, and declares that he needs to know who grassed him up.
