The nightmares continueTonight’s episode of Eastenders saw an increasingly distressed Deano planning to run away due to the worries of his impending court case and the threat of repercussions from Sean.  After Shirley promises to give him some money Deano stashes his rucksack behind the sofa and goes to work on the stall, unbeknownst to Kevin who begins to prepare a special meal (in a delightful apron it must be noted!).

Later Deano goes back to the house to get his rucksack and make for his escape, but the house if full, and he is not able to pick up his stuff.

Shirley manages to get Deano’s passport from the house while Kevin is preoccupied with his cooking efforts…but when she leaves, Kevin sees the rucksack and storms off to find Deano (although unfortunately removing the lovely apron before leaving the house).  Deano is at the tube station, and after some shouting and hugging Deano decides to stay.

Despite telling Kevin that he would leave Deano alone, Sean traps Deano in the toilets and forces his head down the toilet while repeatedly flushing it.  Kevin tries phoning Deano but gets through to Sean, and eventually makes it to the toilets where Deano is huddled on the floor in a mess.

Phil returns to the Vic adamant that he has not touched a drop of booze over the weekend, but Peggy and Ben are frosty towards him.  Later, he picks Ben up from school and persuades Peggy to let him move back into the Vic…much to Ben’s delight.

Honey forces Billy and Jase to go for a drink, and after some difficulty things seem better between them; but then Billy discovers a probation appointment letter in Jase’s jacket…

Meanwhile, Ian attempts to forget about the terror campaign after Jane persuades him that Bobby needs his attention.  Ian helps out with the care of some sunflowers that Bobby has grown for school, only to find that the heads are all cut off when he later returns to the café – Mo was too busy reading about hair removal to see anyone (try not to imagine a mental image).  Later, he finds a red rose in his jacket pocket (Cindy’s favourite colour), and is nearly hit by a car racing towards him…at a spot close to where he was shot.  As if things couldn’t get any worse, a coffin is left outside the house with his name on…a clear threat of things to come? Â
