Phil MitchellPhil struggles to believe that Jack is owner of the club, but Ronnie confirms that he owns a 60% stake.  An angry Phil cannot understand why Ronnie could not afford the club herself, and where all her money went.  Peggy is forced to admit that Ronnie bailed her out of her debt problems.  Roxy remains quiet, until they are left alone in the office.  Roxy is furious that Ronnie did not tell her the truth, and accuses her of only doing it as she fancies Jack.  Roxy tries to provoke Ronnie, but Ronnie remains calm.  However, when Roxy mentions her past, Ronnie becomes livid.  She flies at Roxy in a rage, forcing Roxy to leave the club and cry outside.  Roxy visits Jase, and makes her intentions clear, resulting in the pair kissing.

Phil does not like the idea that they owe Ronnie, and does not like her involvement with Jack.  He struggles to understand why Peggy kept her problems from him.  She angrily reminds Phil that he was too drunk to help anyone, but later apologises for her outburst.  She asks Phil for reassurance that there wont be a feud with Jack, and Phil promises that there wont be.  Ronnie waits up for Roxy, realising that they need to sort out the problem.  Ronnie tries to have a drink, and suggests that they put everything behind them.  Roxy is unwilling and unforgiving however, and pushes the drink to one side, leaving Ronnie alone at the bar.

Meanwhile in Albert Square, Dawn decides to visit Jase.  Mickey advises her to dress down, or she will give Jase the wrong impression.  When Dawn arrives, she sees Roxy and Jase kissing.
