Jack Branning is set to play a major role in uncovering Archie Mitchell’s murderer with a number of suspects now on his radar. Not only has he seen Ronnie desecrate her father’s grave but he soon finds out that Bradley cut his hand after an altercation with Archie on the night of his death. So will Jack Branning find the murderer before the police?

It is unclear exactly what role Jack Branning will play when the murderer is revealed and indeed non-of the Eastenders cast are aware of how the storyline will end. The episode during which the murder will be revealed is a live show and it will only be minutes before the murder steps forward that the rest of the cast will be any the wiser.

Eastenders have managed to keep this particular secret under wraps for some time despite intense speculation in the press regarding who may or may not have killed Archie Mitchell. For that we have to take our hats off to the scriptwriters, directors and producers!
