The Ronnie Mitchell saga is a very strange one because Archie effectively contributed to the death of her long lost daughter Danielle and he also pushed Ronnie in the Queen Vic after which she lost her unborn child. There is also the fact that Ronnie, who was arrested and released by the police, escaped from her hospital room just prior to the death.

Along with the likes of Phil Mitchell and Peggy Mitchell, there is no doubt that Ronnie Mitchell has the reasons and motives to kill her father. However, during her questioning we saw a very different side of Ronnie when she confided that while her and her father never saw eye to eye she had just realised, after his death, that she loved him. Whether this is playacting for the police remains to be seen but Ronnie is not one of the favourites for the death of Archie.
