Rumours are rife that Alfie Moon (played by Shane Richie) and Spencer Moon (played by Christopher Parker) are set to return to Walford to inject some fun into what has been a rather serious and depressing time for Eastenders.

While the Moon family will never be the same without “Nana” there were plenty of laughs and fun when the Moon’s were around.  Since leaving Eastenders both of them have seen their careers flounder, with Shane Richie beset by financial worries after a major investment went wrong.

We await confirmation of their return in due course….
