  Former Eastenders star LUCY BENJAMIN gave birth to a baby daughter in a London hospital yesterday.
Lucy played troubled Albert Square resident Lisa Fowler, who seemd to lurch from disaster to disaster.  She finally left the show in a high profile exit last year.
Both mother and baby are reported to be doing well.
